Terms & Condition
- The 4-hour sailing rate covers up to 10 persons per trip. Any additional guests will incur separate charges on a per-head basis.
- The maximum capacity is 35 persons.
- Infants and children are each considered one passenger.
- Additional hour(s) extension is subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are subject to prevailing GST.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment received.
- In the event of bad weather, MS Eternity reserves the right to delay or postpone the charter. No refund will be given.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least one month before the original charter date and is subject to availability.
- Water toys are subject to availability and please confirmed with our crew in advance.
