MS ETERNITY –BOAT RULES

Welcome Aboard MS Eternity

We are delighted to have you with us. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience, we kindly request that all guests review and adhere to the following rules and policies. By boarding MS Eternity, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all stated guidelines, safety measures, and operational procedures.

1. GENERAL RULES & SAFETY GUIDELINES

1.1 Cooking

  • Cooking is strictly permitted only when the yacht is docked.
  • The microwave may be used, provided that only appropriate, microwave-safe containers are utilized.
  • As onboard refrigerator space is limited, guests intending to bring birthday cakes are advised to inform us in advance to ensure appropriate storage arrangements.

 

1.2 Food, Beverages & Utensils

  • Guests are encouraged to pre-order food through our team. We are pleased to facilitate the delivery and onboard placement of fresh meals in advance of your charter.
  • Kindly note that disposable cutlery is not provided. Guests are advised to bring their own disposable utensils if required.
  • Each charter includes one (1) complimentary cooler box containing 18 kilograms of ice. Guests may also bring additional ice, procure it from Cold Storage, or request it via our catering service.
  • Complimentary, unlimited refills of Coke Zero, green tea, and mineral water are provided throughout the duration of the charter.
  • Free-flow alcohol packages are available and must be pre-purchased according to the total number of guests. For package details and pricing, please contact our team in advance.

 

1.3 Sound System

  • Guests may connect their mobile devices to the onboard sound system via Bluetooth and are welcome to play their own music playlists.

 

1.4 Swimming & Water Activities

  • All water-based activities must conclude by 7:00 PM.
  • Swimming is permitted at guests’ own risk. Life jackets are provided and strongly recommended.
  • MS Eternity shall not be held liable for any incidents resulting from the improper or non-use of safety equipment.

 

1.5 Prohibited Items

  • Balloons and decorative party items
  • Party poppers, flower petals, and confetti
  • Heavy-duty adhesives, scotch tape, nails, and staples
  • Weapons, illegal substances, or contraband

 

1.6 Additional Reminders

  • Passports are not required for boarding.
  • Guests are advised not to bring unnecessary valuables, as MS Eternity assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage.

 

2. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

  • In the event of rain prior to departure, the charter may be delayed.
  • Should adverse weather conditions persist, the decision to postpone the charter shall rest solely with the skipper.
  • Charters will proceed as scheduled in light rain conditions.
  • Guests are required to arrive at the marina punctually, regardless of weather conditions, unless notified otherwise by the MS Eternity team.
  • Should haze levels exceed 200 PSI, guests may request to reschedule the charter.

 

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • All confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

 

4. HEALTH & SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., hypertension, heart-related issues) are advised to consult their physician prior to participating in the charter.
  • Participation is permitted only under appropriate supervision where necessary.

 

5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT

  • MS Eternity may capture photography and videography during charters for promotional purposes.
  • By boarding the vessel, guests provide implicit consent for their images to be used in marketing and publicity materials.
